Yes. There is a secure website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which allows Dealers access to log-on from any computer and view or edit customer information. Dealers are able to input account information, view activation details, and print reports.
Our entire computer systems are supported by UPS back-ups for power surges or short power losses. In the event of an extended outage, we have a fully operational generator capable of running our computer systems, receivers, and office equipment until the electricity is restored.
We have a set of standard procedures and guidelines to follow for each signal received. We offer our Dealers the opportunity to customize these procedures.
Security Services offers a wide variety of services including video surveillance, after-hours answering services, monitoring of emergency elevator phones, cellular back-up verification and two-way audio monitoring.
